The roof is arguably the most important feature of your home’s exterior. It protects your home, enhances curb appeal, and can even improve energy efficiency. Shelter Construction installs high performance asphalt roofing that looks great and provides superior protection from wind and rain. As is the case with all our products, we insist on providing only the best for our customers.
Quality Asphalt Roofing. Expert Installation.
Because of manufacturing specifications, Shelter Construction works only with architectural shingles. Asphalt shingles are the most common option for home owners because they offer affordability, durability, sustainability and versatility. There are several different sizes, colors, and styles to choose from – some of which meet Energy Star Standards, saving you money on energy bills. Each has its own benefit, and our expert team can walk you through the best solution for your roof. As a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Shelter Construction has an in depth understanding of how the shingles are made; which in turn impacts the way they are installed or replaced.
We need to understand your roof structure to determine how to install your asphalt shingles. If you have low slope roofing, we use self-adhesive modified bituminous roof membranes. It combines long-term performance with easy application. Due to the international standards of the installation of self-adhesive membranes; you can rest assure that the products we use under your roofing are sound.
Once you have signed a contract and selected your shingles, we will work with you to schedule your installation. We do not ask for a deposit from you until one week prior to our work.
We do suggest choosing the right color asphalt the first time around, as it is a decision most home owners only make once. Given the vast color options and combinations, you will want to determine the best color option for your home and your neighborhood; as both will impact the aesthetics and value of your home.
