Meet Our Team
Diana Deeck
Chief Administrative OfficerDiana Deeck may not be the face of Shelter Construction Roofing, but she is certainly the voice behind it. When you call the company, there’s a very good chance Diana is the one answering. She is always ready to help, making herself available to customers with questions - doing everything she can to find the answers they need.
Her faith is the foundation of both her life and the company, and she reflects it in the way she serves others.
Outside of work, Diana is a both a human mom and a dog mom. She is an avid quilter who loves antiquing and never passes up the chance to explore a good yard sale. At this stage in her life, her greatest mission is caring for her 94-year-old mother, who lives with Diana and Phil in their home.
Philip Deeck
PresidentBorn in Baltimore, Maryland and raised mostly in Annapolis, Phil has roofed up and down the Eastern Seaboard, from Maryland to Georgia, and even installed the roof on the American Embassy in Uganda, Africa.
After building a thriving roofing company in Annapolis, Phil brought his knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to Sussex County on a more personal, hands-on scale. In 2007, he started Shelter Construction Roofing and has since become the face and backbone of the company.
With over 45 years of trusted roofing experience, Phil has built his reputation on quality workmanship, honesty, and doing the job right the first time. His faith is the foundation of his strong work ethic, guiding how he serves his customers, leads his team, and cares for his family.
A devoted husband and proud dog dad to Kaci, Phil is a man of faith and strong values who stands behind every roof.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys car shows, antiquing, finding hidden treasures at yard sales, and spending time on the golf course.
Logan McWilliams
ForemanLogan is a constant presence on our job sites, ensuring every project is handled with care, precision, and accountability from start to finish. His commitment to excellence doesn’t go unnoticed—Logan consistently receives outstanding feedback from our customers for his professionalism and attention to detail.
A true team player, Logan is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. He sets clear goals, embraces challenges as opportunities, and pushes through obstacles rather than waiting for perfect conditions.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys fishing, crabbing, and spending quality time with his family. He’s a proud father to an energetic three-year-old son and a brand-new baby boy.
